1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Chart Alert ("the Service"), available at https://chartalert.online, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Chart Alert is a SaaS platform that forwards TradingView alerts to Discord channels with automated chart screenshots. The Service consists of:

• A unique webhook URL for receiving TradingView alerts
• Automated chart screenshot capture from TradingView
• Delivery of alerts with screenshots to user-configured Discord webhooks
• A web dashboard for managing alerts and account settings

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Plans & Billing

The Service offers Free and Pro subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 1 alert per day at no cost
• Pro Plan: Up to 500 alerts per day, billed monthly or yearly

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period
• Your account reverts to the Free plan after the billing period ends

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be submitted to support@chartalert.online.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Send excessive or abusive requests to overload the system
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to distribute spam or harassment via Discord

7. Third-Party Services

Chart Alert integrates with third-party services including TradingView and Discord. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services. Your use of TradingView and Discord is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• Accuracy or completeness of chart screenshots
• That alerts will be delivered within a specific timeframe

Chart Alert is not financial advice. The Service is a delivery tool only. We do not provide trading recommendations or investment advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chart Alert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Privacy

We collect and store the following data necessary to provide the Service:

• Email address and hashed password for authentication
• Discord webhook URLs you provide
• Alert content received from TradingView
• Usage metrics (alert counts, processing times)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to provide the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
